For use as a personal retention lanyard in a helicopter. Designed using the first all-black, nonreflective, oxide-plated quick-release shackle made of stainless steel by Ronstan. The oversize quick-release shackle allows the user to easily release from a harness or belt in the event of an unplanned landing. Swedged release pin (SOCOM requirement) eliminates the plunger pin from releasing in the event the retaining ring is broken. The retaining split ring is safety TIG welded. Quick-release shackle uses Velcro to secure the release tab in place to lessen the chance of inadvertent release. Built with 1.125" Mill Spec 5625 webbing that has better cut resistance than standard 1" Mill Spec webbing. Lanyard strength: 3400 lbf (15kn). Made in the USA. Kong Tango double-locking snap hook is classified to meet NFPA 1983/2017 edition standards. T-rated. Strength: 7425 lbf. (33kN).

Yates Gear Tactical Rappel Belt with Cobra Waist Buckle

Designed in conjunction with Navy military Special Ops units, this harness is worn as a duty belt. Navy rappel harness criteria mandate NFPA certification for all rappel and extraction harnesses. Stiffener webbing is sewn inside the belt area of the harness to support wearing a sidearm. The leg portion can be quickly donned by opening the pouch and securing the leg loop portions with quick-connect aluminum Cobra buckles. Harness rappel attachment D-ring located at waist level allows for the attachment of a chest harness section (424LW ) to convert this harness into a full-body harness for extraction situations.

An upgrade to the 320USN, this duty belt/harness adds Cobra buckles on each leg and a pouch up front so the legs can be stored out of the way until needed.Certified by UL to NFPA Class II standards and includes a front D Ring for quick attachment of rappel device or metal connectors for extraction. A single rear left gear loop has been stiffened up to better carry equipment.

Compatible with the 424LW chest harness to make a full body harness when necessary.

Yates Tactical Rappel and Fast Rope Gloves

The Yates thick full-grain leather second palm extends over the palm and to the second joint of your fingers to provide added protection from the heat and friction generated when fast roping. The index finger is separated for trigger finger dexterity. Also excellent for tactical and rappelling use. Carabiner hole in the wrist for attaching to a harness. Order one size larger if the user intends to wear over a flight glove; gloves fit true to size for dexterity. The entire glove is sewn with heat-resistant KEVLAR thread. • Available in Black and Coyote Tan. • Sizes: S-XXL. Note: Gloves run about 1/2 Size smaller than marked. They do stretch out after some use.
