Unity Tactical Cold Weather Helmet Liner (CWL)

The Unity Cold Weather Liner (CWL) is designed to install in any helmet with Velcro pads. By integrating directly into the helmet, the CWL creates a barrier against the elements with micro fiber fleece that keeps the wearer’s head warm. The material thickness creates minimal or no displacement of pads that can cause the helmet to not ride properly, as is the case while wearing a standard beanie under the shell. This ensures correct shell coverage of the head, alignment of night vision goggles, and fitting of communications gear. Operator comfort is increased exponentially by providing more coverage to exposed areas under the helmet shell with dual layer fleece while the same pads that normally contact the head will continue to do so with the CWL installed.

The Unity Tactical Remora™ for 3M Peltor™ Rail Adapters provides an accessory mounting platform directly overhead of the rail mount hub. The innovative AMP™ Helmet Arms attach to the rear rails and cantilever the headset forward over the operator’s ears rather than the traditional top-down attachment. This frees up the top rails for other mission-critical gear like lights and cameras. However, the factory OEM configuration will only interface with genuine Ops-Core® ARC™ rail; until now. Platform Adapter retrofit installation can be done in minutes and brings the same strength and performance as some other popular tactical helmets. There is no loss in functionality.

Now, you can run the industry-leading modular tactical communications headset, the Ops-Core® AMP™, on your already owned or issued Team Wendy®, MTEK®, or HHV® helmet. Platform Adapters are molded in the United States from the same reinforced polymer used by Ops-Core for their OEM part.

Sordin Arc Rail Adapters (SARA) were derived out of a need to directly attach MSA Sordin’s directly to an end user’s helmet. Rather than reinventing the wheel, the SARA calls on the spring tension generated by the Unity MARK rail adapters to achieve proper seal around the users ears and seamlessly integrate into the user’s head borne system. Lightweight, streamlined and designed with the simplicity and strength demanded by the end user, the SARA eliminates the headaches and discomfort associated with wearing headband style ear pro inside the helmet. Includes ESS studs for compatibility with both Over The Head (OTH) and Behind The Head (BTH) systems.

The Modular Attached Rail Kit (MARK) 2.0 allows the end user to seamlessly integrate their hearing protection and/or integrated communications into their headborne systems and improve the consistent seal of ear protection. The MARK 2.0 is compatible with most major helmet types and the most popular electronic hearing protection. The MARK 2.0 Kit will work with 3M Peltor™ Headsets right out of the package. If attaching to Sordin/MSA™ style headsets, use the SARA Adapters (sold separately). The MARK 2.0 Kit comes with all hardware for attachment to Ops-Core ARC™ (and similar) and Team Wendy EXFIL™ Gen 2 and 3 rails. An M-LOK™ Adapter Kit is sold separately for compatibility with MTEK and Hard Head Veterans brand helmets. The wider ARC™ backers allow for more compatibility with non-standard ARC-type rails than the previous model. MARK 2.0 is the lowest profile headset helmet mount on the market. Rather than using a traditional pop-in/pop-out mechanism, MARK2.0 is simply pulled away from the ears and rotated backwards for stowage.
