The Tourniquet NOW!™ Strap (TNS) is two elastic loops that secure a NATO-style webbing tourniquet while only taking up 3 vertical MOLLE loops – a great alternative to rubber bands. The TNS is compatible with any MOLLE platform and also fits perfectly on top of the Trauma Kit NOW!™ or on either side of the Admin Pouch (sold separately from Blue Force Gear). The TNS can also hold a pair of Milspec Plastics flex cuffs securely to a MOLLE platform. One of the most effective and simplest lifesaving devices, everyone, no matter what field of operation, should have one readily available.
